No One Should Struggle Alone.
Talking Is the First Step to Healing
Opening up about struggles can feel daunting, but talking is the first step towards healing. When men share their thoughts and emotions, they begin to lighten the weight they’ve been carrying alone.
In a supportive group setting, this process becomes even more powerful. Surrounded by people who understand, there’s no judgement—just listening, support, and a sense of belonging. It’s a space where men can be honest without fear, knowing they are not alone.
Through shared experiences, encouragement, and genuine connection, talking leads to strength, hope, and the realisation that help is always within reach.
We can’t do this alone, so we are inviting men around Aotearoa who are interested in helping their fellow man by hosting meetings. We will support you the whole way with resources and coaching to help you help others.

How can group sessions help me?
Talking in a supportive group setting can be life-changing. It helps men feel less alone by showing them that others share similar struggles. It also provides a safe space to express emotions without fear of judgement.
Here are some key benefits:
- Reduces isolation – Being part of a group fosters connection and belonging.
- Offers new perspectives – Hearing others’ experiences can provide fresh ways to cope.
- Eases emotional burdens – Speaking out can lighten the weight of stress and anxiety.
- Encourages positive action – Support from others can motivate steps toward healing.
- Normalises seeking help – It reinforces that mental health struggles are common and support is available.
Talking isn’t just about sharing—it’s about being heard, understood, and supported.
